1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 33).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the South Parramatta Heritage Conservation Area and part of an area adjacent to Boundary Street, Parramatta.
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
5 Amendment of Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011
Part 6 Additional local provisions—generally
Insert at the end of the Part with appropriate clause numbering:
Particular dual occupancy subdivisions must not be approved
| (1) | This clause applies to land shown in red hatching and marked “South Parramatta Conservation Area” on the Heritage Map. | |||
| (2) | Development consent must not be granted for a subdivision that would create separate titles for each of the two dwellings resulting from a dual occupancy development. | |||
| (3) | This clause does not apply in relation to a subdivision under either of the following Acts: | |||
