The following local environmental plan is made by the local plan-making authority under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 33).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the South Parramatta Heritage Conservation Area and part of an area adjacent to Boundary Street, Parramatta.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011

Part 6 Additional local provisions—generally

Insert at the end of the Part with appropriate clause numbering:

Particular dual occupancy subdivisions must not be approved

(1)

This clause applies to land shown in red hatching and marked “South

Parramatta Conservation Area” on the Heritage Map.

(2)

Development consent must not be granted for a subdivision that would create separate titles for each of the two dwellings resulting from a dual occupancy development.

(3)

This clause does not apply in relation to a subdivision under either of

the following Acts:

(a)

the Community Land Development Act 1989,

(b)

the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015.
