1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment

No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 2–12 River Road West, Parramatta, comprising the following land:

(a)	Lots 2–6, Section R, DP 1249,
(b)	Lot 1, DP 190771,
(c)	Lot 1, DP 201664,
(d)	Lot B, DP 334882,
(e)	Lot C, DP 388870,
(f)	Lot 1, DP 663258,
(g)	Lot 1, DP 836932.

Each map adopted by Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified
