1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 12).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 3 and 4, DP 17466, 7 Charles Street, Parramatta and Lot 12,

DP 706694, 116 Macquarie Street, Parramatta.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011

Clause 7.9A

Insert after clause 7.9:

7.9A

Development of land at 7 Charles Street and 116 Macquarie Street,

Parramatta

(1)

This clause applies to Lots 3 and 4, DP 17466 (7 Charles Street) and

Lot 12, DP 706694 (116 Macquarie Street), Parramatta.

(2)

Development consent must not be granted to the erection of a building on land to which this clause applies unless the consent authority is satisfied that at least 6,000 square metres of the floor space of the building will be used for commercial premises.
