Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 4)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2001

(Amendment No 4).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)

to reclassify the land to which this plan applies from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993 (that Act), and

(b)

to extinguish any trusts, estates, interests, dedications, conditions, restrictions and covenants that apply to the land in accordance with section 30 of that Act, and

(c)

to enable a right of way to be granted over the land to facilitate development of an adjoining property.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 3, DP 526445, known as 51B Rawson Street, Epping, as shown stippled on the map marked “Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 4)” deposited in the office of the Council of the City of Parramatta.

4 Amendment of Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2001

Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2001 is amended by inserting in Part 2 of Schedule 2 in alphabetical order of locality in

Columns 1 and 2, respectively, the following matter:
