1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Parramatta City Centre Local Environmental Plan 2007

(Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land to which Parramatta City Centre Local

Environmental Plan 2007 applies.

4 Amendment of Parramatta City Centre Local Environmental Plan 2007

(1) Clause 22C Car parking

Omit “will be provided in accordance with the requirements” from clause 22C (1).

Insert instead “to be provided in relation to that purpose does not exceed the maximum number”.

Omit “Number of parking spaces required” from Column 2.

Insert instead “Maximum number of parking spaces”.
