(Amendment No 1)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Parramatta City Centre Local Environmental Plan 2007

(Amendment No 1).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to permit the building of a residential flat building on the land to which this plan applies by correcting a typographical error in Schedule 1 to the Parramatta City Centre Local Plan 2007.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Part Lot 102, DP 1083102 (shown as proposed Lots 204 and 205 in the development application to the Council of the City of Parramatta numbered DA06-0104-B).

4 Amendment of Parramatta City Centre Local Environmental Plan 2007

Parramatta City Centre Local Environmental Plan 2007 is amended by omitting the matter “206” from clause 3 (1) of Schedule 1 and by inserting instead the matter “205”.
