An Ordinance to amend the Parole (Amendment) Ordinance 1982

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Parole (Amendment) Ordinance

(No. 3) 1982}

Commencement

2. This Ordinance shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19

October 1982.

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

3. Section 3 of the Parole (Amendment) Ordinance 19822 is repealed and

the following section substituted:

Commencement

" 3 . This Ordinance shall come into operation on 19 October 1982.".
