I, the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council—

(a)

under the Aboriginal Communities Act 1979 section 4(1)(b), declare the Parnpajinya Aboriginal Association Incorporated, an incorporated Aboriginal community, to be a community to which that Act applies; and

(b)

under section 6(1) of that Act, declare the lands described in the Schedule to be the community lands of that community.

Schedule

The land being Lot 125 on Deposited Plan 190234 and being the land comprised in
Crown Land Title Volume LR3005 Folio 76 and being Reserve 42835.
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 12 September 2006.
