hereby vested in Ilis Majesty.

The land shall be deemed to be land temporarily reserved from sale and lease under the Oronn Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, and may on revocation of the reserve be dealt Avith and disposed of in accordance Avith the provisions of that Act.

A ll t i n t piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Newcastle, ])arish of Newcastle, county of Northumberland, and State of New South Wales, being the whole of o5 perches and part of twt> roods 19 perches apjiropriatcd b.r traniwat' j>urposes by Gazette of 21th February, 1903 : —

Commencing on the S(juth-western side of Scott street at the northernmost corner of the said 3o perches appropriated by Gazette of 21th February, 1903, and bounded thence on the north-east by that side of th a t street bearing 110 degrees 51 minutes 3 chains 4 y links; on the east generally b}' the generally western boundary of 51 perches described in Deed I ’egistor Book 865, No. 780, being one chain 73'7 links of an arc of a circle having a radius of 50 feet, with the centre lying to the west of the chord bearing 176 degrees 33 minutes for a distance of one chain 38'1 links ; on the south-east by the nortli-western side of Beach Drive, being lines successively bearing 212 degrees 15 minutes 39’7 links and 211 degrees 49 minutes 2 chains 81-7 links ; and on the west by the western boundary of the aforesaid 35 perches and 2 roods 19 perches apjiropriated bv Gazette of 24th February, 1903, licaring 360 degrets 3 chains 86 3 links to the point of coin- niencement, having ;in area of 3 roods 8s- perches or thereabouts.
