An Act to provide for the nomination, election, and George V.

appointment of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Puflic Works for the present Parliam ent; to amend the Public W orks Act, 1912 ; and for purposes consequent thereon or incidental thereto. [Assented to, 6th October, 1920.]

T ^ E it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, J J by and n itli the advice and consent of tlic Legis­ lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South "Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1 . Tliis Act may he cited as the '• Parliamentary siiort title.

Standing Committee on Public Works Election Enabling

Act, 1920.”

2 . The nomination, election, and appointment of the election of

members of the Parliamentary Statiding Committee on session of the present Parliament.

Public IVorks for the present Parliament may, notwith- for present

standing anything in the Public "Works Act, 1912, be

made and held in the manner prescribed by the said
