lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by tbe authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title.

1. This Act may he cited as the “ Parliamentary

Select Committees (Agricultural and Metalliferous

Industries) Enabling Act, 1920.”

Certain Select

2 . I t is hereby declared that the Select Committee twenty, to inquire into and report upon tlie Agricultural Industry, and the Select Committee of the Legislative Assembly appointed on tbe tAventy-tii'st day of October of the said year, to inquire into and report upon the Metalliferous Industry may lawfully sit during the period for which Parliament stands adjourned or prorogued, and do all such things as they lawfully may do while Parliament is in session.
