Parliamentary Reserve Amendment

By-laws 2004

Made by the Parliamentary Reserve Board with the approval of the
Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These by-laws may be cited as the Parliamentary Reserve
Amendment By-laws 2004.

2.            The by-laws amended

The amendments in these by-laws are to the Parliamentary
Reserve By-laws 1972*.

3.             By-law 2 amended

By-law 2 is amended in the definition of "footpath" by deleting
"14 feet" and inserting instead —

Approved by the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

" 4 metres ".

4.            By-law 15 amended

By-law 15(2) is amended by deleting "25 miles" and inserting instead —

" 40 kilometres ".
