An Act to amend Schedule 1 to the Parliamentary Remuneration Tribunal
Act, 1975, in relation to the remuneration payable to the Chairman

of the Public Accounts Committee. [Assented to, 10th December, 1982.]

Parliamentary Remuneration Tribunal (Public Accounts Committee) Amendment.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1.     This Act may be cited as the "Parliamentary Remuneration Tribunal

(Public Accounts Committee) Amendment Act, 1982".

Commencement.

(1) Sections 1 and 2 shall commence on the date of assent to this Act. (2) Except as provided by subsection (1), this Act shall commence on the day appointed and notified under section 2 (2) of the Audit (Public Accounts Committee) Amendment Act, 1982.

Amendment of Act No. 25,1975.

3. The Parliamentary Remuneration Tribunal Act, 1975, is amended by

inserting at the end of Schedule 1 the following paragraph:—

(t) Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee constituted under the Audit Act, 1902.
