Parliamentary Proceedings Broadcasting

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Parliamentary Proceedings Broadcasting Act 1946.

The Parliamentary Proceedings Broadcasting Regulations are amended by omitting regulation 2 and substituting the following regulation:

Prescription of station

“2. For the purposes of paragraph 4 (1) (b) of the Parliamentary Proceedings Broadcasting Act 1946,the medium-wave national broadcasting station in the Australian Capital Territory known as ‘2CY’ is prescribed.”.
