Parliamentary Proceedings Broadcasting

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Parliamentary Proceedings Broadcasting Act 1946.

Regulation 2 of the Parliamentary Proceedings Broadcasting Regulations is repealed and the following regulation is substituted:

Prescription of station

“2. For the purposes of paragraph 4 (1) (b) of the Parliamentary Proceedings Broadcasting Act 1946, the national broadcasting station in the Australian Capital Territory known as ‘2PB’ is prescribed.”.
