Act, and to make other provisions in lieu thereof "-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

munities, or powers to which he may be entitled by virtue of the said A C ~ ~ N O. 14 of 1872, as against any summons, subpaena, writ, order, process, or proceeding whatsoever issued by any court of

law within the said province, except only that no writ of capias

ad satisfaciendum shall be executed or put into effect against any such member during any session of Parliament, or within ten days prior to the meeting thereof, and no member shall be liable to any penalty or proccss for non-attendance as a witness in any court when such non-attendancc is occasioned by the attendance of such member in his place in Parliament.
