346 Parliamentar' Members' Salaries Act Amendment Act 1990, No. 25 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title . This Act may be cited as the Parliamentary Members' Salaries Act Amendment Act 1990. 2. Citation . (1) In this Act, the ParliamentaryMembers' SalariesAct 1988-1989 is referred to as the Principal Act. (2) The Principal Act, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Parliamentary Members' Salaries Act 1988-1990. 3. Amendment of s.9. Rates of additional salaries. Section 9 (1) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting following paragraph (m) the following paragraphs:- "(n) the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Electoral and Administrative Review, a salary at the same rate per annum as is applicable for the time being to the Government Whip under paragraph (f); (o) each member (other than the chairman) of the Parliamentary Committee for Electoral and Administrative Review, a salary at the same rate per annum as is applicable for the time being to the Government Deputy Whip under paragraph (h); (p) the chairman of the Parliamentary Criminal Justice Committee, a salary at the same rate per annum as is applicable for the time being to the Government Whip under paragraph (f); (q) each member (other than the chairman) of the Parliamentary Criminal Justice Committee, a salary at the same rate per annum as is applicable for the time being to the Government Deputy Whip under paragraph (h);".
