certain elections; for this purpose to amend

it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South AVales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—•

1. This Act may be cited as the “ Parliamentary Short title.

Electorates and Elections (Further Amendment) Act, 1944,” and shall be read and construed with the Parlia­ mentary Electorates and Elections Act, 1912-1944.

2. The Electoral Commissioner shall be deemed to Obligation

have been relieved of the obligation of complying- with each election specified in the Schedule to this Act.

SCHEDULE.

The election of a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Electoral District of Lachlan held on the twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.

The election of a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Electoral District of Willoughby held on the twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
