it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis
lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South AVales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—•
1. This Act may be cited as the “ Parliamentary Short title.
Electorates and Elections (Further Amendment) Act, 1944,” and shall be read and construed with the Parlia mentary Electorates and Elections Act, 1912-1944.
2. The Electoral Commissioner shall be deemed to Obligation
have been relieved of the obligation of complying- with each election specified in the Schedule to this Act.

SCHEDULE.
The election of a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Electoral District of Lachlan held on the twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
The election of a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Electoral District of Willoughby held on the twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
