T ) E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with tbe advice and consent of tlie Legislative Council and

Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled,

and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. Subsection (v) of section forty-four of the “ Parliamentary Amendment of

Electorates and Elections Act of 1893” is liereby amended by inserting

the words “ once in some newspaper published or circulating in the 38 .

Division when and as soon as practicable not being less than a jieriod of twenty-one days prior to the holding of the llevision Court” in place of the words “ twice at least and if time permits four times in some newspaper or newspapers published or circulating in the Division” contained in that subsection.
