Act No. 39, 1900.

An Act to suspend the operation of the electoral law relating to the Parliamentary lists and

rolls. [30th October, 1900.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the
authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the " Parliamentary Electoral Law

Suspension Act, 1900."

2. Notwithstanding anything in the Parliamentary Electorates

and Elections Act of 1893, or any Act amending the same, no steps shall
be taken under the said Acts in the preparation of the General Electoral

Rolls during the year one thousand nine hundred or for the renewal of electors' rights by stamping.
