ment of booths at polling places; to repeal section 57 (1) (c) of the Liquor Act, 1912, as amended by subsequent Acts, and to amend the Parlia­ mentary Electorates and Elections Act, 1912-1959; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 4th December, 1961.]

T>E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by " and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: —

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the “Parliamentary short title

Elections and Liquor (Amendment) Act, 1961”. and citation.

Amendment

of Act No. 2. The Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Act,

41, 1912.	1912-1959, is amended by omitting from subsection three of
