Parliamentary
Counsel (Allowances) Regulations
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the Parliamentary Counsel Act 1970.

Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the
Parliamentary Counsel (Allowances) Regulations.
Repeal
of Parliamentary Counsel Regulations
2. Statutory Rules 1970 No. 82, Statutory Rules
1972 No. 142, and Statutory Rules 1973 No. 225 are repealed.
Allowances
3. For the purposes of sub-section 6 (2) of the
Parliamentary Counsel Act 1970, the following allowances are
prescribed, namely, the allowances payable to an officer of the Australian
Public Service.
