Act No 16, 1999

An Act to amend the Acts that establish certain parliamentary committees to vary the number of members on those committees; and to make consequential amendments relating to the quorums for meetings of those committees. [Assented to 9 June 1999]

Section 1 Parliamentary Committees Legislation Amendment Act 1999 No 16

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

1     Name of Act

This Act is the Parliamentary Committees Legislation Amendment Act

1999.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the date of assent.

3 Amendments

Each Act specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in that
Schedule.
