An Act to amend the Parliamentary Committees Enabling Act 1996 to enable certain Parliamentary Committees to function during the prorogation of Parliament and during the third session of the fifty-first Parliament. [Assented to 10 July 1997]

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

1 Name of Act

This Act is the Parliamentary Committees Enabling Amendment

Act 1997.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the date of assent.

3 Amendment of Parliamentary Committees Enabling Act 1996 No 143

The Parliamentary Committees Enabling Act 1996 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
