Made under the Parliamentary Commissioner Amendment (Reportable

Conduct) Act 2022 section 2(c) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Parliamentary Commissioner

Amendment (Reportable Conduct) Act 2022 Commencement
Proclamation 2022.

Part 2 Division 2 comes into operation on 1 January 2024 (see section 2(b)).

2.              Commencement

The Parliamentary Commissioner Amendment (Reportable

Conduct) Act 2022, other than Part 1 and Part 2 Division 2,

comes into operation on 1 January 2023.
