s1 2 s5 Parliament of Queensland Amendment Regulation No. 83, 2005 (No. 1) 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Parliament of Queensland Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation is taken to have commenced on 19 April 2005. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the ParliamentofQueenslandRegulation 2002. 4 Amendment of s 3 (Committees prescribed for additional salary entitlement) Section 3, ‘section 112(3)’— omit, insert— ‘section 112(2)’. 5 Amendment of sch (Prescribed committees) Schedule— insert— ‘Palm Island Select Committee’.
