Parliament House
Construction Authority Regulations
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under
the Parliament House Construction
Authority Act 1979.

Citation
1. These Regulations may be
cited as the Parliament House Construction Authority Regulations.
Interpretation
2. In these Regulations,
unless the contrary intention appears—
“the
Act” means the Parliament House
Construction Authority Act 1979.
Functions
of the Authority
3. For the purpose of
paragraph 5 (c) of the Act, the function, in relation to the design or
construction of Parliament House, of furnishing and equipping of Parliament
House is conferred on the Authority.
