AN ACT to amend the Parks and Reserves Act,

1895-1955.

[Assented to 25th November, 1963.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Parks and Eviatt

Reserves Act Amendment Act, 1963.

(2) In this Act the Parks and Reserves

amended.

2. Section eight of the principal Act is amended

(a)

by substituting for the passage, "occasions.", being the concluding passage of the final paragraph of subsection (1), the passage, "occasions; and"; and

(b)

by adding, after the final paragraph of subsection (1), the following paragraph

Regulating the payment of, and prescrib- ing the method of the collection of, fees charged pursuant to any regula- tion; imposing on any prescribed class of persons the duty of collecting fees, on behalf of the Board; and, generally, prescribing all matters that may be necessary or expedient to be prescribed for the purpose of assuring that the fees are collected and paid to the Board.
