REGULATIONS UNDER THE PARKS AND GARDENS ORDINANCE 1918.

| GEORGE FOSTER PEARCE, Minister of State for Home _l> and Territories, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by the Parks and Gardens Ordinance 1918, hereby make the following Regulations, to come into operation forth- with.

PARKS AND GARDENS REGULATIONS.

Short Title.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Parks and Gardens Regulations.

Prohibition of Smoking.

2. No person shall smoke any tobacco pipe, cigarette, or cigar, or any material whatsoever in the area known as the Stromlo Plantation, declared under the Parks and Gardens Ordinance 1918 to be a Park. Penalty : Ten pounds.
