Parkridge Doctors Unit Trust Receptionists Enterprise Agreement July 2011 - 2013.
[1] Parkridge Doctors Unit Trust trading as Lysterfield and Rowville Wellness on Wellington (the Applicant) lodged an application for approval of the Parkridge Doctors Unit Trust Receptionists Enterprise Agreement July 2011 -2013 (the Agreement) on 19 July 2011.
[2] On 21 July 2011 I wrote the Applicant advising that the notice of representational rights did not comply with the section 174 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
[3] On 25 July 2011 the Applicant advised Fair Work Australia that they did not wish to proceed with the application.
[4] I therefore dismiss the application for approval of the Agreement.
