1Name of rule

The name of this rule is the Parking Permit Fees Rule 2014

2Commencement

This rule commences on the day after registration.

3Determination of fees

The fee payable for a parking permit mentioned in an item in column 2 of schedule 1 is the amount for that item in column 3.

The fees are effective from the date specified in column 3 of Schedule 1.

4Payment of fees

A fee listed in schedule 1 is payable to the NCA chief executive by the applicant for the thing to which the application relates.

5Definitions

In this instrument:

fee includes a charge or other amount.

parking permit—see:

1. (a)

   the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulation 2000, dictionary; and

2. (b)

   the Parking Permit Rule 2014 made pursuant to subsection 11 of the National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2014.
