Parking Authority Declaration – 2014 High Court of Australia

National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2014

I, Malcolm Charles Snow, Chief Executive of the National Capital Authority, make this declaration under section 75A(2) of the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulations 2000 (ACT), as applicable to National Land pursuant to section 7 and 8 of the  National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2014 (Cth) and declare the following organisation to be a Parking Authority within the stated area:

The High Court of Australia within Block 15, Section 28 of PARKES.

This Declaration is to commence on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
