1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Parkes Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 549, DP 657444, Lot 632, DP 750179, Lot 7023 and part of Lot 7022, DP 1054934, part of Lot 101, DP 1169531 and Lot 19, DP 1047309, being land fronting the Newell Highway, Saleyards Road and Ackroyd Street, Parkes.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Parkes Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
