An Act to authorize the granting to the Council o f Education of

portion of certain Park Lands,

HEREAS it is desirable to authorize the grar,tir,g to the Preamble.

Be it thercfore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South W Council of Education of portion of certain Park Lands-

Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, as follows:

1. The Governor, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, may pr,,k Landa may be grant in fee simple to the Council of Education, as sites for school !i~antedtoCouncil. buildings, any convenient portion of the Corporate Town of Kadina,

called or known as Park Lands, not exceeding in the whole five acres: Provided that no grant of any such lands shall be made unless on the written request of the Corporation of the said town, such request being testified by writing, seded with the common seal of such Corporation, and signed by the Mayor and counter- signed by the Town Clerk thereof.

2, From and after the making of any such grant the land granted Land panted
