An Act to amend the Law with reference to the

Collection of Toll or Ferry Dues on Parish

So m u c h of t h e e ighth section of t he Ac t of Counci l passed in

the second year of t h e reign of H i s late Majesty K i n g W i l l i a m t h e

F o u r t h and n u m b e r e d twelve as enacts t h a t no Toll or F e r r y Dues shall be demanded or t aken for or in respect of any car ts drays or wagons ca r ry ing m a n u r e shall be and the same is hereby repealed so far as t h e same applies to t he Toll or F e r r y Dues to be demanded or t aken u p o n any Pa r i sh Road now or hereafter to be established.
