Parental Support and Responsibility

Amendment Regulations 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Parental Support and Responsibility
Amendment Regulations 2015.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i)      if the Alcohol and Drug Authority Amendment Act 2015 section 8 (section 8) comes into operation on or before gazettal day — on the day after gazettal day;

(ii)      otherwise — when section 8 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Parental Support and
Responsibility Regulations 2009.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

Delete regulation 3(c) and insert:

(c) the department principally assisting in the administration of the Alcohol and Other Drugs Act 1974.
