REGULATIONS UNDER THE PAPUA ACT 1905-1940.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendment of the Financial Regulations 1923.

Administrator in Council means the Administrator acting with the advice of the Executive Council or acting in opposition to the advice and decision of the Executive Council as the case may be.”.
