HIS HONOUR: In this matter the Notice of Appeal was filed on

the 18th of September 2006. The appellant does not seem to
have taken any steps since then to bring the matter on for
hearing. In particular, there has been no outline of argument

filed or any other steps taken to obtain a date for hearing.

The notice of the application to strike out the appeal was
sent to the appellant at least 10 days before the date of
hearing of the application and it is appropriate, therefore,
that I strike out the appeal under section 229, so I will make

that order. 20
