This Plan is Palerang Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 4–6 Majara Street, Bungendore, being Lot 13,

DP 1139067, and Lot 14, DP 1139067.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering:

Use of certain land at 4–6 Majara Street, Bungendore

This clause applies to land at 4–6 Majara Street, Bungendore, being

Lot 13, DP 1139067 and Lot 14, DP 1139067.

Development for the purpose of seniors housing is permitted with

development consent.
