I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Palerang Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land to which clause 4.2A of Palerang Local Environmental

Plan 2014 applies, being land in the following zones under that Plan:

(a)	Zone RU1 Primary Production,
(b)	Zone RU5 Village,
(c)	Zone R1 General Residential,
(d)	Zone R2 Low Density Residential,
(e)	Zone R5 Large Lot Residential,
(f)	Zone B4 Mixed Use,
(g)	Zone E3 Environmental Management,
(h)	Zone E4 Environmental Living.

4 Amendment of Palerang Local Environmental Plan 2014

Clause 4.2A Erection of dwelling houses on land in certain rural, residential and environment protection zones

Omit “under an environmental planning instrument” from clause 4.2A (3) (c).
