PAINTERS' REGISTRATION (SCHEDULED AREAS) REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council under section 3 (2).

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Painters' Registration (Scheduled

Areas) Regulations 1992.

Schedule amended

2.      The Schedule to the Painters' Registration Act 1961* is amended by adding

after item 2 the following item —

3.

In addition to the areas set out in items 1 and 2, all the remaining area in the South-West Division of Western Australia, as that Division is defined for the purposes of the Land Act 1933, in section 28 of that Act.
