Painters' Registration Board Amendment

Rules 2008

Made by Painters' Registration Board and approved by the Lieutenant-
Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These rules are the Painters ' Registration Board Amendment
Rules 2008.

2.            Commencement

These rules come into operation as follows:

(a) rules 1 and 2 - on the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the rules -

(i)     on 1 July 2008; or

(ii)     if these rules are published in the Gazette on a later day, on that day.

3.           The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Painters ' Registration
Board Rules 1962.

The Third Appendix is repealed and the following Appendix is inserted instead -
