Made by the Painters' Registration Board and approved by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These rules are the Painters' Registration Board Amendment

2.            Commencement

These rules come into operation on I Jul) 2006.

3.            The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Painters' Registration
Board Rules 1962*.

4.            Third Appendix amended

The Third Appendix is amended as follows:

(a)

by deleting "100.00" in both places where it occurs and " 105.00 ";

(b)	by deleting "75.00" and inserting instead — " 80.00 ";
(c)	by deleting "288.00" and inserting instead — " 300.00 ";
(d)	by deleting "192.00" and inserting instead — " 200.00 ";
(e)	by deleting "120.00" and inserting instead — " 125.00 ".

Passed by a resolution of the Painters' Registration Board at a meeting held on 1 June 2006.
