Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Regulation under the Paintball Act 2018.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to provide that a person is not required to complete a prescribed training course before being granted an international paintball competitor permit.

This Regulation is made under the Paintball Act 2018, including sections 14 (1) (e) and 80 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Paintball Amendment Regulation 2019.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Paintball Regulation 2019

Clause 4 Training

Insert “in respect of a permit (other than an international paintball competitor permit)” after “prescribed”.
