Application for variation of the Pacific Industrial Company Workshop Enterprise Agreement 2011.

[1] An application has been made by Pacific Industrial Company (WA) Pty Ltd as Trustee For Steelfab Unit Trust for variation of the Pacific Industrial Company Workshop Enterprise Agreement 2011 (the Agreement) as follows:

[2] By inserting Clause 5.1.3 which reads as follows:

    The above weekly Painter rates are based on a 36 hour week and are inclusive of tool allowance for provision of own tools of trade for painter.

[3] By inserting the words “other than painters” after “apprentice” where it appears in the first sentence of Clause 5.3.1 which now reads as follows:

    Where the Company does not provide a tradesperson or apprentice, other than painters, with the tools ordinarily required by that tradesperson or apprentice in the performance of their work as a tradesperson or apprentice, the Company shall pay a weekly tool allowance as follows...

[4] The variation as approved will come into force on 27 May 2013.

[5] A consolidated copy of the Agreement is attached to this decision.
