Ozone Protection (Licence Fees— Manufacture) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Ozone Protection (Licence Fees—Manufacture) Act 1989.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Ozone Protection (Licence Fees—Manufacture) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. Regulation 3 (Rate of fee)

2.1 Omit “1.609”, substitute “2.302”.
