  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Ozone Protection (Licence Fees -
Imports) Regulations.*1*

Interpretation 


  2. In these Regulations:

  "the Act" means the Ozone Protection (Licence Fees - Imports) Act 1989.

Rate of fee 


  3. For the purposes of subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the rate of 2.302 cents
for each kilogram of a scheduled substance is fixed.
