Ozone Protection (HCFC, HBFC and Methyl Bromide) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the
Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the
Dated 16 May 1994.

1.1 The Ozone Protection (HCFC, HBFC and Methyl Bromide) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.1 Before regulation 1, insert:
“
3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:
(1) These Regulations, except Part 3, commence on 1 November 1994.
Part 3 of these Regulations commences on 1 January 1995.”.
4.1 Omit the heading, substitute:

(d) to cancel a licence under regulation 16.”.
