1Name

This is the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Amendment Regulation 2015.

2Commencement

(1)Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Part 1—Amendments commencing day after registration

Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995

1  Regulation 200 (at the end of the definition of Non‑QPS Exemption List)

Add:

             ; and (l)  for the year 2016—the document called Exemption List for Non‑QPS Applications of Methyl Bromide in 2016, published by the Department, as in force on 1 January 2016.

2  Subregulation 213(6) (at the end of the definition of Non‑QPS Intermediate Supplier List)

Add:

             ; and (l)  for the year 2016—the document called Intermediate Supplier List for Non‑QPS Applications of Methyl Bromide in 2016, published by the Department, as in force on 1 January 2016.

Part 2—Amendments commencing 1 July 2015

Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995

3  After paragraph 73(1)(aa)

Insert:

(ab) HCFC pre‑charged refrigeration equipment imported by a person, so long as the importation of the equipment by the person satisfies the conditions mentioned in paragraph 13(6A)(c) of the Act;
