  1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 4).

  1. Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 January 2013.

  1. Amendment of Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995

Schedule 1 amends the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995.
